We take pride in the quality of our French bread products. Each item is crafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring that you receive the best possible experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items like our fresh bread. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 815-756-4944. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
